Question: What is the difference between submitting
the Direct Deposit Vouchers through the Message Center or through
Email?
Answer: When sending the DD Vouchers via email, the voucher
is attached to an email for each employee’s personal/school. When sending the DD
Vouchers via message center, the employees will receive their voucher by logging
into WFO (Web Financial Office). They then navigate to the message center and
will be able to view/print their voucher from within the program. Each employee
is assigned a unique ID/Password for login to the system where they will only
have rights to the Message Center and their own Employee Master information.
