Below is a brief overview of the reports available to teachers in the Discipline area of Teacher Web 4.
To access discipline reports, from the main screen of Teacher Web 4, click the Discipline button.
Click on Reports at the top of the Discipline screen to display the dropdown list of available discipline reports.
Discipline Report (Today)
This report prints a list of the discipline records entered by the teacher on the current date.
The
report can be printed by clicking on the 
button.
Close the preview screen using one of the 
buttons
at the top of the screen.
Discipline
This report allows the teacher to run a report of selected discipline infractions they have entered during a specified date range. The following prompts will display when this report is selected.
Select a start date and an end date: The report will select all records with discipline dates in the range selected.
Select
the Infraction Codes you wish to include in the report. Click on an
infraction code in the left box and click the 
button
to move the selected code to the right hand box. To select multiple codes,
hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard as you click on each infraction code you
want to select. To select ALL infraction codes, click on the
button.
Select to print or hide the infraction description on the report.
Select Y if you want to print a separate page for each student on the report. Select N if you want to print one continuous report of all students.
Click OK to display the report.
The
report can be printed by clicking on the button.
Close the preview screen using one of the buttons
at the top of the screen.
