Access System

Revised 2/19/2020

1.  Locate the URL (link) that your administrator has provided you to access SDS Web Office. For example: http://yourdistrictwebsite.schooloffice.com/yourdistrictdirectory/sdsweboffice/

2.  Locate your browser (i.e. Internet Explorer).

3.  Type in the URL into your browser’s address bar. For example: http://yourdistrictwebsite.schooloffice.com/yourdistrictdirectory/sdsweboffice/
Note: the above links are not hot since they are only examples you need to replace with your district link.

     http://help.schooloffice.com/helpconsole/SDSStudentHelp/images/AddressBar.bmp

The above URL format provides access to the traditional Web School Office login with the login on the left side of the screen.  Once logged in, a menu is provided on the left for navigating the program.

SDS also provides an enhanced login screen that allows the user to choose to use either the traditional left menu or a new top menu that allows for more room on the screen for data display.  For access to this login screen, simply add login.aspx to your URL in your browser’s address bar.

Using the example above, http://yourdistrictwebsite.schooloffice.com/yourdistrictdirectory/sdsweboffice/login.aspx would be the appropriate URL to access the enhanced login screen.

NOTE:  Adding login.aspx  to the URL provides an option to choose either the Finance or Student program if a user has access to both programs (with matching user id/password in both programs).  Users who do not use the finance program can add loginS.aspx so that the Student option will automatically be selected on the logins screen.
