When a new user is set
up with access to Data Entry and Changes, a default
setting causes them to receive a prompt to approve any data changes that
were made by a parent through Parent Connect.
Follow
these instructions to turn off this data change approval prompt.
It can be turned off for just one table as indicated below or all tables if
needed.
1. Enter WSO
2. Click on Administrative Utilities |User Security
3. Under Data Change Request, make the selections for the tables you do NOT want users to be prompted on.
In the example below, the user would NOT be prompted for any Demographics change requests but would be prompted for any change made to the Demographics Supplemental tables.
Note: To avoid
having to change this setting for all new users, use the copy user security
feature in this section. That way you can set up a new user with the same rights as
another user who has already had this setting deactivated for the appropriate
tables.
