This report is for courses that are taken for college credit.  Data fields that are specific to the College Course Assignment report: Course master fields Dual Credit Code and Outside Facility Name:

•     Dual Credit matched to Dual Credit Code (course taken for hs and college credit)

01=Yes  02=No

•     IPEDS Code

The IPEDS code can be added into the coursemaster Outside_Facility_Name field.  When a GPA compute is done, the IPEDS code will be tranferred into the transcript’s Outside_Facility_Name when final grades are computed.  Match the state’s field #28 IPEDS Number field to the SDS transcript_detail field, Outside_Facility_Name
