When a student has been re-enrolled in error, you must:
1. Delete the Demographics History record
1. While in Data Entry and Changes | Student Information | Click the Entry Options dropdown and choose Demographics History.
2. Locate the student. The Demographics History record(s) for the student will display.
3. Click the file folder button on the re-enroll record to open it.
4. Click the to delete the Demographics History record.
2. Enter the Original Entry Date & Exit Date on the Student's Demographic Record.
1. While in Data Entry and Changes | Student Information | Click the Entry Options dropdown and choose Demographics All Fields.
2. Locate the student.
3. Enter the student's original entry date in the Entry Date field.
4. Enter the student's date of withdrawal in the Exit Date field.
5. Enter the student's exit code in the Exit Code field.
6. Change the Next Year Active back to a 1.
7. Change the rank with class to a 1 (unless you WANT this student to rank with his/her classmates because he/she is an early graduate).
3. Delete the Attendance R Record.
1. Enter WSO |Attendance |Attendance Entry.
2. Click on Attendance Entry.
3. Select your School Location.
4. Click on Daily Attendance.
5. Click the +Other Options menu, and choose "Inactive and Withdrawn Students."
6. Locate the student.
7. On the right side of the screen, check the box for "Attendance History".
8. The student's attendance records will display. Find the record with the attendance code of "R" and check mark it.
9. Click the button to delete the "R" record.
4. Rebuild the Student’s Enrollment Records.
1. Enter WSO |Attendance |Attendance Entry|Student Enrollment Processing.
2. Click on the icon.
3. Choose your school location from the dropdown.
4. Enter the first day of school for this student in the "Effective Date" box.
5. Enter the student's ID number in the "This ID Only" box.
6. Click to Create or Recreate Enrollment Records.
7. Read the message, and answer "Yes" to the confirmation message.
8. Wait for a message that the enrollment records have been built.
ATTENDANCE ANALYSIS MUST BE REFRESHED BEFORE AN ACCURATE REPORT WILL PRINT AFTER COMPLETING ALL OF THE ABOVE PROCESSES.
