Below are the main Demographics reports with a brief
description of each.
Age By Grade Level: Lists each student
alphabetically by grade with the age of the student on the date that the report
is run.
Age Range By Grade Level: Allows you to select the
age of the students you are looking for. This is helpful in determining
eligibility for driver education by selecting just those students who are 15
years of age today.
Codes for Demographic Fields: Report to list each field that is coded in demographics as well as all codes available in those fields.
File Folder Labels:
Provides a label for each student
containing their Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, ID Number, and optionally,
birthdate.
Gender Summary by Grade/Homeroom: Lists total number
of students in each homeroom broken down by grade then homeroom then male/female
with totals by homeroom and by grade level.
Mailing Envelopes and Labels: Reports generate either mailing labels or envelopes based on the selection made.
Student Birthday Lists: Allows user to generate a birthday list for a specific time period in alpha or date order based on which Birthday list is selected. Most often used for monthly birthday announcements.
Student Directory (Name and Address List): Lists each student either by school location or by grade level along with the parent (mail to) name and address and home phone number.
Student Ethnic Summary: Gives totals of each ethnic group subtotaled by ethnic code, grade year, and gender.
Student Ethnic Summary by Enrollment Date: Gives totals of each ethnic group for those enrolled on a selected enrollment date.
Student ID Cards: Report showing student ID number, Name, Grade, Homeroom, School Year, and Photo. Optionally you can print a bar code.
Student Lists: Reports showing student ID, Name, Birthdate, Gender, Grade, School Location, and Homeroom. Each report is sort based on the name of the report, i.e. Student List by Homeroom breaks the report into homerooms.
Gender Summary by Grade/Homeroom: Provides a count for each grade level of the number of students in each homeroom subtotaled by male/female.
