Below are the discipline reports with a brief description
of each.
Action Penalty Summary: Lists each penalty issued within
the date range selected and the number of occurrences of each penalty.
Will also chart the summary totals if requested.
Cumulative List:
Each student with an infraction is listed along with the infraction code,
description of code, date of infraction, and date fields.
Cumulative
List of Demerits by Student: Each student with an infraction is listed along
with the infraction code and demerits given for each offense as well as the
teacher assigning the infraction.
Cumulative List of Demerits by Student/One Page Per
Student: Same as above but each
student is listed on a separate page.
Daily Discipline List (Today): Report lists the students
and infractions from today only. This report is based on a “today only” date
so a date does not have to be selected in the report.
Daily List
of Demerits: Each student with an infraction is listed along with the date
of the infraction, the description, student name and ID and the number of
demerits/points, if given, as well as the teacher of record and the follow up
code.
Daily List of Demerits
(Today): Same as above
but lists
the students and demerits from today only. This report is based on a
“today only” date so a date does not have to be selected in the
report.
Demerits by Class Period (Using Misc 1 for Period):
Reports discipline infractions sorted by
the Misc_1 field. If users enter the period of the day the infractions
occurred in the Misc_1, this report can be run to identify problematic periods
of the day.
Demerits by Infraction: A list of infractions
and the students who have been assigned those infractions. The list is in
infraction order which is helpful for reporting the number of students/names
with each infraction.
Discipline Referral: A referral “slip”
which shows the name of the student and the infraction as well as check boxes to
indicate the offices/agencies to be notified of the infraction.
Infraction Analysis (by Student or by Teacher): A grid list of
infractions and the student name as well as the number of infractions by code
only. Infraction descriptions are not given.
Infraction Summary: A
list of infractions (both code and description) with number of students
receiving the infractions – no student names listed. A graph showing the
infractions is also available.
Penalty Analysis (by Student or by
Teacher): A grid list of penalties and the names of the students receiving
the penalties by code only. Penalty descriptions are not given.
Perfect Discipline List: A list of students with grade level who
have received no infraction entries for the date range specified.
Student List/Demerits Greater Than X: List of students with
demerits greater than the requested value. If demerits are not used at your
location this report will be blank.
Summary of Infractions and
Assigned Penalties: A list of the infractions along the side and the
penalties along the top (grid format) with the number of students receiving each
infraction. The infraction descriptions and the penalty descriptions are listed.
Weekly List of Demerits: A list of student names with the number
of demerits they have received for the selected date range.
