1. School_number – match to the field that contains your school’s state assigned number OR enter the default value.
2. STN-match to the field that contains your students’ state testing number (STN).
3. Grade level – already matched to the grade year field from demographics table. If this field contains the graduation year, re-match the field to one with the actual grade level (i.e. 12 for seniors).
4. All remaining fields should be matched to the corresponding data fields in the SDS database.
