DOE-ME (Membership)

1.  School_number - match to the field that contains your school’s state assigned number OR enter the default value.

2.  STN - match to the field that contains your students’ state testing number (STN).

3.  All remaining fields should be matched to the corresponding data fields in the SDS database.
