1.  School_number – match to the field that contains your school’s state assigned number OR enter the default value.

2.  Corp number of legal settlement – enter a default value if all students are the same value. An extra field would NOT be needed in this case

3.  STN - match to the field that contains your students’ state testing number (STN).

4.  Grade level – already matched to the grade year field from demographics table.

5.  Primary Exceptionality.

6.  Secondary Exceptionality.

7.  Special Education Placement Type.

8.  Location.
