To use the “Forget/Change Password?” link on the login screen to work, proceed with the following:
1. The parent must enter his or her username and instead of clicking Login…click on the Forget/Change password link.
2. Enter a new password.
3. Enter the new password again.
4. Complete the 3 security questions just in case the password is forgotten in the future.
5. Click the Verify button to save the new password.
6. If the password is forgotten again, repeat step 1.
o Answer the 3 security questions correctly
§ Click the Verify button.
§ Reset your password.
o OR click the "Email my password to me" button.
