GPA Calculation Screen Settings when Uploading Courses

When posting courses at the start of a term/semester, before grades are awarded: Check the box “Post w/NO GRADE to Transcript or Select Grade to Post”, prior to computing the GPA.  This will add the courses to the transcript detail, which is where the report file will pull from.

 

When posting grades and course end dates at the end of the year: Check the box “Clear Current Year Transcript records before Compute” and uncheck “Post w/NO GRADE to Transcript or Seelct Grade to Post” box, prior to computing GPA.
