Question: When I printed
out the mid-term grades, I cannot see comments that teachers have posted. Can
you tell me what I need to do to fix this?
Answer: Go to Processing Center |Compute GPA.
Choose your school location and click on Compute GPA. Wait for a message that
the process is complete, click OK.
Even though, you don’t need to
calculate GPA on your midterm grades, the comment code descriptions are posted
as part of the Compute GPA process, so it is necessary to run this process in
order for the comment descriptions to print on the reports.
