•Locker List - Swb_locker.rpt
•Locker Check List - Swb_loc_check.rpt. This report will not be listed in the report selection list as it must be customized to use the locker fields in your Demographics table. Contact SDS support to have this report customized and added to the report selections.
Note: If you run these reports and you do not see any locker numbers or combinations, lockers have not been assigned.
