Locker Utilities provides
you with three Locker Assignment processing options:
1. Copy Locker Master to Demographics – This utility is used to copy the locker numbers and combinations assigned in Locker Assignment to selected fields on the student demographics record.
2. Load the Locker Master from Demographics – This utility can be used to load locker numbers and combinations from selected student demographics fields to the locker database. This is usually used if locker numbers and combinations have previously been entered on student demographics records instead of assigned via Locker Assignment.
3. Roll selected combination to the active Locker Combination field – This utility is used to assign a different combination for all lockers in a school location. Many schools change the combination assigned to lockers each year so that students won’t be able to unlock lockers they had in a prior year.
