There is a setting in Adobe
that controls how pdf reports are opened when using the Crystal viewer print
button and you have the PDF option selected or you are using a browser other
than IE.
It is called “Allow fast web view”. With this unchecked the
user must open the downloads folder and then open the pdf report. When it is
check marked they can open the pdf report directly (second image). Note that
when you check mark this option a reboot may be needed for it to take
effect.
