1. Enter the Web Control Center /V8.5.
2. Click on the + next to the Utilities.
3. Double click on Filing (Backup, Compress, Repair).
4. Read the message.
5. Select OK.
6. Uncheck Backup, leave compress checked (If you want to do both then keep both checked).
7. Click OK |Read the message.
8. Click OK |Read the message |Click OK.
9. It will state it is compressing and when finished you will be at your Desktop.
