The
first step in using Locker Assignment is to create a master file of all
available lockers and the associated combinations to be entered into the
system. There are two options to create the master.
•Manually by using the “Data Entry and Changes” in WSO described below.
•Imported from a file containing the locker information or from fields already populated in WSO Demographics.
o If you have your locker numbers and combinations in a standard format, comma separated value (CSV), the data can be imported into SDS. Please contact SDS support for assistance.
o If you have your locker numbers and locker combinations already entered in demographics fields, you can import that information by running the “Load the Locker Master from Demographics” option found under the Utilities tab. For instructions on using this utility
