Student Activities Reports

Below are the main Student Activities reports with a brief description of each.

Activities Eligibility Letter: A letter to the parents of students determined to be ineligible to participate in activities based on school policy. The letter lists the student’s name as well as the name of each course that does not meet eligibility criteria, grade earned, and teacher information. The letter also lists the time frame of the ineligibility and uses report card grade information only.

Activities Eligibility Envelope: When printing envelopes for the letters make sure to use the same criteria for both reports to match the envelopes with the letters. The envelopes are addressed to the “Mail To Name” as listed in student demographics and can optionally print the school name and return address.

Activities Failure Report by Activity or by Student: A list of students who do not meet eligibility requirements based on grades selected. The list is either by Activity or by Student and lists the course or courses which cause the ineligibility along with the teacher and the grade earned by the student. This report is generated using report card grades.

Activities Mailing Label To Parent Of: A quick way to generate mailing labels to all students who participate in an activity logged in the Student Activities area.

Activity Eligibility by Activity or by Student: A list of students and the number of classes they have passed in order to meet eligibility as determined by your report request. This report is generated using report card grades. 

GPA and Credit Report by Activity: List of students in each selected activity showing the student’s GPA and Credit information.

Gradebook Activities Eligibility Letter:
 A letter to the parents of students determined to be ineligible to participate in activities based on school policy.. The letter lists the student’s name as well as the name of each course that does not meet eligibility criteria.  Included in the letter are grade earned, teacher information and the time frame of the ineligibility. This letter prints grade information from each teacher's gradebook and not report card grades.

Selective Gradebook Averages by Activity or by Student: This report is used if teachers use numeric grades in their gradebooksThis report allows the user to select a specific grade area (i.e. quarter 1)  and select a numeric range which determines ineligibility. The grade is the average of all gradebook grades that make up a marking period or final grade.  The Activity report allows you to select one or more activities (i.e. Basketball, Track) to print only students in these activities.

Selective Gradebook Grades by Activity or by Student: This report is used if teachers use letter grades in their gradebooksThis report allows the user to select a specific grade area (i.e. quarter 1)  and select a grade or grades which determines ineligibility. The letter grade is the average of all gradebook grades that make up a marking period or final grade.

Student Activities Report by Date/Grade: This report lists all students participating in Student Activities selected on the report screen. Names are listed alphabetically within grade level. The list includes the activity names and the start date for each student.

Student Activities List: This report lists all students participating in Student Activities selected on the report screen.  Names are listed alphabetically. The list includes the activity names the start date for each student.

Students with No Activity within a Date Range: A list of students who have no entries in the Student Activity area for the date range selected. This report is useful for schools that use the Student Activity area to track outside school requirements such as Community Service hours.
