Withdraw Students that Moved

Confused about how to handle those students who move over the summer?

On the withdrawal screen, there is a box to enter a date not listed in the calendar dropdown. This allows you to type in the desired withdrawal date, even if it is before the first date on the school calendar.
 
If no grades have been entered for the student, there will be a check box to delete the student’s schedule.


If scheduling for next year has started, there is a check box to remove the student's registration records.


If the student has been absent for several days before you receive notification of the student's relocation, you may back date the withdraw date.  Then check the box to "Remove All Attendance after Exit Date" to delete all of the days of absences after the selected exit date.
