Illinois schools using the
portal to get payments from state payment portal, must do these setup
steps:
•Go to Administrative Utilities | SDS Web Office Settings.
•Scroll down to the section on Student Fee and Tuition.
•In the option for "E Pay Payable Code (Illinois)", enter your school's payable code which you obtain from the state treasurer's office.
•In the option for "E Pay Site ID (Illinois)", enter your school's site ID code which you obtain from the state treasurer's office.
•Click the "Save Changes" button at the top or bottom of the screen.
•You must logout for these changes to affect the system.
