Policy processing is used to create written communication to the parents regarding the areas of attendance, discipline, or other special demographic criteria defined by the user. With daily use, a parent can be quickly notified of their child’s attendance record or a discipline incident. By using the demographic option, the school can notify specific students of upcoming events (i.e. seniors and the graduation schedule of events). The health records option allows you to notify parents of missing health information such as updated physicals and immunizations.
