The Control Center contains
powerful utilities to assist in maintaining your system. In this area you will
have the ability to;
Lock users out of SDS, for updates and if the need
arises.
Document Control provides as area to manage documents including
allowing name editing, deleting, adjusting Security Groups.
Add a Report
to a Report Group allows for the addition of new reports.
Add Outside
URL allows you to add links to your menu such as State sites, etc., making them
accessible for your users in the Remote Web Site Access area of the menu.
Finance System Adjustments provides the ability to change month flag on
purchase orders, merge vendors, change account numbers, combine employee and
preform special options under other operations.
File transfer allows you
to manage data backups, send data to SDS, upload reports, set up green
accounting bat file, SQL to access download assists with moving data from one
SQL server to another.
Other Operations provides the ability to remove old
closed PO’s in mass, reset the employee deduction area, and run system
utilities.
Useful information runs a speed test, allows you to download
updates, show active users, gives you system information, and a link to login to
X-connect.
Toolbox provides the ability for certain data adjustments.
NOTE: If you have any questions on running any of the

backup is highly recommended before proceeding when using utilities to adjust
data.
