User Security

The Administrative Utilities area of the Web School Office menu provides two options to assign and control user access to the various program areas.

Historical Version – User Security

This is the original user security version.  Program applications, views and reports are arranged in a “tree format” in this area.  Items in the tree are check marked to remove access to those items from users. 

Security – Application and Data Access

This is a new security version.  Program Applications, Views and Reports are arranged in columns.  Items can be selected and moved from the Access columns to the No Access columns to remove access from users.
