The Budget Master area has several sections that can be used to complete maintenance on the chart of accounts.  Some of the maintenance completed in this view are adding new accounts, creating new accounts from other accounts, editing accounts, combining accounts, changing account number (ASN) to match the state account number listed, overrides for the cash postings can be setup and the dimension codes can be added and changed.
