The Security System Setup in Web Finance Office makes it easy to set and maintain a secure environment. The convenient grid format makes it easy to add and adjust security.

Application Access
Add and adjust Users and Group Security. Grid format allows you to easily adjust and view users or groups. Add Look and Browse users. New Rollback Settings gives you an ‘undo’ option.

Data Access Control
Restrict areas of the program depending on a User’s needs. From here you can restrict access to Accounts, Employees, Vendors, Order For information, Authorize Time Sheets area and utilize Group restrictions, allowing a User to access only the information they need.

Request and Approve
Set up Users to Request and assign Users to Approve those requests in selected areas of the program: Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders and Attendance.
Other options in this area allow you to view your Requester and Approver Contact list. Copy/Duplicate Approval Groups simply by selecting from a drop down list. Easily convert your Purchase Order Step Approval for the new security setup. Set Message Group Assignments to use with your Message Center, making office communication even faster.
