Master File and Code Entry and Changes have two different entry views in the menu. The first is “Master File and Code Entry and Changes” which allows you to enter data vertically and the second is “Master File Changes (Horizontal).” This screen provides for editing data on multiple records. Select the entry area that works for you the best remembering that only in the vertical area can new records be added or existing records be deleted. These areas contain the basic setup of items such as school location and teachers as well as activities, grade charts for gradebook, honor roll and the marking period setup and many other areas.
