The Human Resources Control Center allows you to work with employees in mass or individually in many areas of Human Resources.  You have the ability to Search employees in groups, award attendance days, increase master values, employee YTD adjustments, deductions and benefits master, employee deduction and benefit master and import employee information

 

Data View Definition:  Allows the ability to search and sort employees in groups using employee demographic fields

 

Award Attendance Days:  Awarding new days for the employees can be completed in mass or in groups. When the option is used to setup the groups these groups can also be used to award new days or hours on a per payroll basis or on a yearly basis. In this area you will also be able to rollover days for example from personal days to sick days. In order to process the awarding or rolling of days by employee groups the groups have to first be setup in the Employee Demographics area.

 

Increase Other Master Values:  Allows the ability to increase specific employee master fields by a designated number

 

Employee YTD Adjustments:  Allows the ability to adjust employee wages, benefits, etc. after payroll has been closed.

 

Deductions & Benefits Master:  Allows the ability of adding and maintaining deductions and benefits master settings, used in payroll processing.

 

Employee Deduction & Benefits:  Allows for adding and maintaining deductions and benefits for employees, used in payroll processing.
