Revised 10/10/2018
Locker Assignment allows you to set up a locker master containing all of your locker numbers and the combinations associated with each locker. Up to 9 locker combinations may be associated with each locker and the combinations assigned can be changed yearly, if desired.
The locker master can be entered manually through Data Entry and Changes or imported if you have locker numbers and combinations in a comma separated value (CSV) file.
Lockers may be assigned to students individually or in mass. If desired, a specific range of locker numbers can be assigned to a selected group of students. Lockers can also be assigned by their location in the building. For example, if you want to assign lockers close to the office to students in a specific grade level, it can easily be done with a few clicks.
Once lockers are assigned, a utility is provided to copy the locker and combination for each student to their demographics record. If locker numbers and combinations have previously been entered on student demographic records, another utility allows you to copy that information to the locker master.
Locker reports are available on the Reports|Student Reports menu and the student schedule report may be customized to include locker number and combination, if desired.
Access the documents listed below for detailed instructions on each of the Locker Assignment functions.
